Return Policy- All sales are final and NOT returnable.

Damaged Shipments- We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are damaged or missing, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packaging and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Payment Methods- We currently accept payments by credit card through PayPal and check or money order. Please allow extra time for shipping when paying by check or money order for the funds to clear.

Liability- We will not be liable for any misuse of the KiwiBike or parts thereof. Follow all instructions and guidelines for assembly, usage, and age and weight restrictions. Please read more about usage guidelines here.
